registering | my certificate | common questions My Certificate of Completion The Certificate of Completion is what the Court requires before they will mask your traffic violation from your driving record. Your Certificate is your proof that you have successfully completed an approved driver improvement course. Once you have completed all of the sections of the course and the Final Quiz, we will print and send out a signed official Certificate of Completion and a receipt copy. Certificates of Completion are printed the first business day (Mon to Fri) after you graduate from the course. Saturday printing is available as a delivery option for a separate fee. There are many different delivery options available for your certificate, make sure you read them and choose the one that is appropriate for your situation and your Court. The Court will not send you any notice that they have either received or processed your certificate. You should call the court 3 to 4 days after you believe they should have received the Certificate to verify that they have processed it.
